The data gathered for this study was obtained from one to one interview with 400 households in Kucuk Cekmece district of Istanbul. Sample size of the study was determined with Unclustered Probability Sampling Method. Per capita consumption of red meat was 6,59 kg, poultry meat consumption was 13,79 kg and fish meat consumption was 4,50 kg in 2010 study area.
