Plant tissue culture is widely used as auxiliary methods for vegetative propagation due to give results in a shorter time and to obtain mass plant production than other vegetative propagation methods. The combined effect of BAP and IBA hormones (0.1 mg/l IBA; 0.2 mg/l IBA; 0.3 mg/l IBA; 0.5 mg/l BAP; 0.5 mg/l BAP + 0.1 mg/l IBA; 0.5 mg/l BAP + 0.2 mg/l IBA; 0.5 mg/l BAP + 0.3 mg/l IBA) was studied relative to average number of shoots per explant and root formation (%) of 42-day-old in strawberry cultivar "Ottoman Strawberry" shoot tip cuttings
