It is legally necessary to use the method of capitalization of incomes in the expropriation of agricultural land. Determination of the rate of capitalization in the method of capitalization of income is very difficult and important. In the study, the rate of capitalization in dry land and irrigated land and meadowlands in Ağrı province central province was determined.
