Background: Antiplatelet agents are pivotal in the management and prevention of cardiovascular diseases. However, their use is often accompanied by patient-specific drug-related problems (DRPs) that may compromise therapeutic outcomes. This study aims to explore the utilization patterns of antiplatelet agents and identify associated DRPs in cardiology patients at a tertiary care teaching hospital.
