Fexofenadine Hydrochloride, a widely used antihistamine, requires precise and reliable analytical quantitative methods for its determination in pharmaceutical formulations. This study aims to develop and validate a simple, accurate, and cost-effective UV spectrophotometric method for estimating Fexofenadine Hydrochloride. The method is based on the measurement of absorbance at the drug's maximum wavelength (λmax) of 259 nm in methanol as a solvent.
