The objective of this study is to analyze the competitiveness of the Turkish tomato. In this study, used Balassa’s Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) index and Vollrath’s Relative Export Advantage (RXA) index. The study used International Trade Centre statistical data for the period 1995-2014. Results indicated that Russia is the number one importer of Turkish tomatoes and Turkey has expanded into some European markets. A study found that Turkey has a comparative advantage in tomato. But the value of both indices is constantly decreasing..
