Abstract
In this study, capital structure of 200 farms was researched in central county, Ilıca, Aşkale, Pasinler, Köprüköy and Horasan counties of Erzurum province. The machinery owner farms have average parcel size of 19,23 da.81,70 percent of area is property area.
