This study investigates the problems of rural settlements based on the general aspects of agricultural infrastructure studies. For this aim two villages of Erzurum Pasinler Province with quite low-level socio-economic development were selected. Deficiencies of agricultural infrastructure were identified through a survey study, and development of infrastructure and physical arrangement of the villages were done with the support of TEMA Foundation
