This study was conducted to determine the effects of different levels (0, 200, 250 and 300 mgCu/kg) of dietary cupper supplementation on some minerals (Cu, Zn, Fe, Mg, Ca and P) found in liver, breast and thigh tissues of laying hens. For this aim, 38-week old total 96 Lohman laying hens as 6 replicate cages each containing 4 hens, were allocated randomly to one of four dietary treatments. Treatment groups were fed diets containing (16.5% crude protein, 2670 kcal/kg ME) a standard commercial layer diet (Control), basal diet plus 200 (B-1), 250 (B-2) and 300 mgCu/kg (B-3) for 12 weeks
