The objective of this study was to develop and characterize a terbinafine HCl-loaded microemulgel for enhanced topical drug delivery. Terbinafine HCl, a potent antifungal agent, is commonly used to treat superficial fungal infections but often faces challenges in achieving effective skin penetration and prolonged release.
