In this study, some biotechnical characteristics as affected by the fruit size categories and maturity stage of Japan apple fruits were investigated. Japan apple fruits were graded into three size categories (20S1<25 mm,Small; 26S2<31 mm, Medium, and 32S3<36 mm, Big) and two maturity stages as Semi Maturity and Full Maturity).
