The objective of this study was to determine the relations between plant growth and yield with sowing date of some radish (Raphanus sativus L.) cultivars in Erzurum during 2003, 2004 and 2005. In this study, 4 radish (Raphanus sativus L. cvs. 'Siyah, Beyaz, Antep, Iri K›rm›z›') cultivars were used as plant material and 7 sowing date starting from 13 May in 10 days intervals to 12 July were used. Root weight, diameter and length, dry matter content of roots and yield were investigated.
